Free Shipping Rules

• Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over $75.00 and Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $6.95 for Orders Under $75.00.
• Does not include: Ultra Suede, Vinyl, Wool, Fleece, Tapestry, and Outdoor, Minimum yardage of 3 or more, Pre-order Fabrics & Special Order Fabrics.
• Domestic orders USA only and cannot be combined with other coupons.

Please note: We only ship and process orders on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Cut off time for RUSH delivery

All rush orders (1-day and 2-day shipping) are normally shipped on the same day * if placed before 1:30 pm eastern standard time Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

UPS GROUND

1-2 business days processing time, plus 1-5 business days time in transit. Please see UPS map below for estimated time in transit. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of order and delivery area.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL

1-2 business days processing time, plus 1-6 business days time in transit. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of order and delivery area.

UPS 2 DAY AIR

1 business day processing time, plus 2 business days in transit. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of order and delivery area. Please use the UPS map at the bottom of the page to estimate your package's time in transit for UPS Ground. Please remember that we do not ship on weekends and on major holidays, so the times given below are from Monday-Friday only.

International Shipping

Our Philadelphia, PA-based fabric store uses USPS and UPS to international destinations!

Please note: these rates do not include any customs fees or taxes that the destination country may impose. You will be responsible for paying any such charges once your package reaches your country. J&O cannot be held responsible for any such costs. Please contact the destination country's customs office for more information. (Sorry, we cannot mark the package as a gift if to avoid customs duties. It is illegal for us to do so.)

USPS TO CANADA

1-2 business days processing time, plus 5-10 business days shipping time.

USPS INTERNATIONAL

Please note: Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks or more if held up by the receiving country's customs department. Some of the countries that we have had delivery problems with are Brazil, Portugal, and Italy. Please contact us  if you would like more information on this topic.

International Shipping Options

For Shipments to Canada and most other international locations, our Philadelphia, PA-based fabric store offers the following shipping services:

• UPS Worldwide Expedited – 2 to 5 business days transit time
• UPS Worldwide Express – 1 to 3 business days transit time
• UPS Worldwide Saver – 1 to 3 business days transit time

Not all service options are available for all international locations

Transit times for the above international service options are typical, pending no delay in customs.  These rates include the cost of clearing customs, but other local duties or taxes may be applicable. Payment of these costs is the responsibility of the recipient and not J&O Fabrics.

Time to Ship - "Usually Ships In"

UPS Ground orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is placed. UPS air orders (Next Day, 2 nd Day, & 3 Day Select) may ship the same day or within 1 business day, depending on the time and date the order is received. Orders placed late in the day or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.  Please note: all transit times are in addition to the order processing times!
