With today being the last day to submit your picks for your “Coolest Handmade NFL Craft” contest projects, the votes are still pouring in, and our contestants are not the only ones feeling the excitement of a possible win. As the polls keep rising, there is no telling who will take the lead by the noon cutoff on Super Bowl Sunday!
Super Bowl XLIV (44) will be played Sunday, February 7th in the tropical climate of Miami. The game will pit two prolific offenses against each other, each one guided by a quarterback at the pinnacle of his powers. While each team’s defense lives in the shadows of the offense, both have generated big plays in order to reach the Super Bowl.
Super Bowl XIV in Miami represents a meeting of two seemingly similar teams: both have high-powered offenses, star quarterbacks, a limited running attack, excellent wide receivers and underrated defenses. Despite the similarities of the two teams meeting February 7, the organizations they each represent couldn’t be more different. While on the one hand the fans of the New Orleans Saints have been a long suffering lot, the Indianapolis Colts‘ fans have had plenty to cheer about for a long time.
