Well, the votes have been tallied and the winner of J&O Fabrics “1st Annual Most Amazing Handcrafted Gift” went to none other than Margaret Bozeman for her entry of her little girls rag tote bag using our Dora the Explorer and Tropical Dots fabric.

Just the right size for a little girl (measuring 12″ across, 8″ tall, 4″ wide sides and bottom) and finished off with two 22″ padded straps made of broadcloth material, this completely washable and lightweight handmade craft is the perfect companion for any Dora fan young or old.

Today is day 4 of voting in our “1st Annual Most Amazing Handcrafted Gift” Contest and our contestants are eager to get the winnings; but they are not the only ones. Even our voters are feeling the excitement and anticipation as the polls are tallied and the numbers keep growing. And though some of the entrees are sure to win favor among our Facebook fans, with 9 more days of voting left, the ultimate winner could be anyone. Maybe even you!
Creative folks from far and wide are showcasing their handcrafted fabric creations for all to see with the hope of winning the $50 American Express Gift Card and a place in the spotlight up for grabs. From a Lady of Guadalupe Quilt and monogrammed pillows, to a Dora Explorer pocketbook and a pink heart apron, the artistic vision of our fans is endless.
