There are a billion methods to making bracelets, times infinity! Ok, perhaps not a billion ways to make jewelry, but that is certainly the way it seems anyway! For example, here is another fun fabric bracelet that can be created in under ten minutes. Begin by browsing our online fabric store to stock up on a variety of styles for this project!
Use any color under the sun! A variety of fabrics will offer versatility, texture and more fun.
You will need:
• Fabric. Order a half yard or yard of several styles–you can never have too much leftover fabric for future crafts.
• Scissors
• Sewing machine
• Thread. Pro-tip: Use a different color thread for a fancier effect! Example: Pink fabric with brown or black thread.

What to do:
• Cut 3 strips of fabric approximately 2” x 12”. Wrap around your wrist to ensure proper length and remember it will shorten once braided.
• Safety pin the pieces at one end and create a nice braid. You can twist the pieces first for a different effect!
• Sew both ends together to secure loosely, leaving enough room to slip it on and off.
• When finished, you are free to personalize this fabric braid bracelet further with decorative buttons and other embellishments!
