Transform that table with color, shape and texture!
You will need:
• A yard or two of your favorite J&O fabrics
• Pinking sheers
• Ruler
• Hot glue
• Decorative buttons, fabric flowers and ribbon for embellishments
What to do:
• Measure your table and decide what shape you want your runner to be. You can use a rectangle, square, circle, star…your imagination is the limit!
• Draw the desired shape on a thin piece of cardboard, this will serve as the insert
• Cut out insert
• Use the insert to trace over fabric, do this twice
• Glue the two pieces neatly to the insert (or sew if you prefer!)
• Once glue is dry, begin decorating with ribbon, buttons and other items. Dry leaves are great for fall, or cut out snowflakes for winter!
• Don’t forget to share your projects on J&O Fabrics Facebook!
