You asked, and we heard! Instead of waiting til the playoffs, we’re starting our contest to coincide with the official start of the season. With all our eager NFL football fans just waiting to showcase their crafts and win money to keep the wonderful shopping-for-more-fabric cycle going, there’s no better time like the present to share in the excitement of the season, and the race for the win!

I submitted a contest entry for my mother, Muriel Miller, who designed and makes football hand towels for kitchens/BBQs/golf bags. She makes hundreds of these kitchen towels. We sell them to raise money to help victims of crime and trauma our community. For example, the money may help a family whose house has burned down or provide a safe place for a victim of domestic violence until a shelter becomes available. She donates all the materials and all of her time. She is amazing and the people that benefit from her investment and hard work have no idea that she is the person behind it all.
