What does infidelity and golf have in common? Nothing much really unless you are human, or the seemingly super human Tiger Woods who shares his love for the “game” of golf and more. And by “game”, I don’t just mean the one he plays on the course.
While Tigers game is somewhat unique on one level, it is nothing shy of common on another; yet some people don’t seem to want to accept that as a reality in our society, especially from those who hold positions as role models or as public figures. Some would even go as far as to say that it is simply un-natural for a man or woman to not only be attracted to more than one person at the same time, but to respond to that attraction and pull from within. Both urges which of course, are deemed unacceptable by our socialized standards.
Quite frankly I could care less about Tiger and his “game” on or off the course. What I do care about however, is the sport of golf itself and all the fascinating skill and talent that comes along with it. From the beauty of the landscape to the strategic yet graceful maneuvers of the players, there is something about the game of golf that just captivates.
So while to the disappointment of some, this wasn’t a blog voicing my opinion on the sexual diversions of the man known simply as Tiger, it is however, a blog in honor of this great American sport and all he brought to it. So earlier today I commented that I seriously hate Tiger Woods, and now I not only hate him but I think he has all the taste of a horny twelve year old. Good grief. Tell me again WHAT besides $$$ did his wife ever see in him?!
