To braid a necklace:
• Select one or more decorative fabrics
• Cut to desired length and width
• Fold and secure edges with desired stitch
• Lay the 3 strips of sewed and secured fabrics on top of each other and stitch the top of them together on one end
• Gently braid them together and secure the other end with a stitch
• Add the clasp of your choice and you are finished!
To create a stuffed necklace:
• Select fabric or fabrics (you can also braid or twist these)
• Cut to desired length, leaving extra width for stuffing (Remember that a little stuffing goes a long way!)
• Fill with stuffing (small strips of cotton or rolled scrap fabrics) and stitch closed
• Secure with desired clasp
