We have seen tee shirt pom poms absolutely everywhere, on Christmas wreaths, clothing, and even canvas bags! Now you can make an array of colorful pom poms of your own using this tutorial! You will need:
• Tee shirt or fabric
• Cardboard
• Scissors
• Seam stripper
• Patience
Make 2 carboard cuts like this

What to do:
• If using a tee, cut the hem off of the bottom. Now cut ½ inch horizontal strips, moving up the length of the tee. Stop when you reach the arms, you should have enough fabric to make the pom pom.
• Next you will want to remove the side seams. It does take a few extra minutes, but the finished poms will look much prettier sans seams!
• Now it is time to wrap the strips of fabric or tee shirt. Remember to pull each strip tight–this is crucial.
• When the strip is tight, it will be thinner and stretch farther, making the ‘C’ shape strands
• Your cardboard template can be carefully cut out after, just hold your strips in place as you cut.
• Re-tighten the strips in the center of the cardboard template, using caution not to tear them.
• Once the cutting and tightening is complete, fluff your pom-pom to perfection!
