For this dream weaver behind Beth Diana Smith Interior Designs, it is an outward expression of an inner vision that has made her one of the most sought after designers in her league. A self-described ‘eclectic visionary’, when it comes to creating cultivated experiences for both her clients as well as herself, functional comfort and inspirational pieces are key.
Possessing a natural ability for creating functionality, efficiency, and organization from a very young age, Beth pursued degrees in business and accounting to satiate her love of processes and business strategy. But after over a decade in corporate finance, Beth discovered an appreciation of color, pattern and texture. More specifically, a love for beautiful things and a passion for interior design. Taking the leap to pursue her new found career calling, she launched her interior design company and began attending the NY School of Interior Design.While there, she honed in on her craft, focused on building her brand, and eventually began bearing the fruits of her labor. With a design aesthetic that continues to reflect a bold and eclectic mix of culturally expressive textiles surrounded by conversational works of art, Beth’s creative eye curates living spaces for clients worldwide. Featured on the pages of such periodicals as Ebony, Design Sponge, Vogue and The New York Times, her leap ten years ago has landed her on solid ground with plenty of inspiration to share.
