The cancan first appeared in the
Montparnasses district of Paris during the 1830s as a music hall dance.
Since then it has become particularly associated with theĀ Galop from Jacques
Offenbach's Orpheus in the Underworld. The design of Cancan Dancers
Fabric shows shows lovely women dancing the cancan in dresses that are
shaped as flowers. The dresses are red, pink, yellow and blue.
Cancan Dancers FabricĀ is a
whimsical fabric that is perfect for blankets, quilts, wall hangings,
garments, carrying bags, bed sheets, bedspreads, crafts, pet clothing
and more.
