As children, there was no sweeter word than the one coming from the town center stating: SNOWDAY!
No early rising, no last minute homework, no piano lessons from Mr. Harris. Snow day for us back then meant nothing but snowmen, snowball fights, snow cones, and sledding down Parkman’s Hill as fast as our flyers could take us, then coming home to a warm bowl of soup and sandwiches while our clothes dried on the radiator.
The days of old can be relived today with a wonderful fabric simply titled, ‘Snow Days’. Printed on a soft 100% white cotton with an assortment of images of children doing what children love to do when home from school during the winter, ‘Snow Days’ carries a 7 ¾” horizontal repeat offering a several repeated images of children making snowballs, sledding, and building elaborate snowmen.
Full of all the innocence childhood has to offer, ‘Snow Days’ is the perfect fabric for making pjs, quilts, and cool crafts for the holidays.
