J&O Fabrics Store Policy
is cut to order so we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If a fabric is purchased by the bolt we do not offer returns as we restock the item after the fabric is purchased. If the fabric is damaged or there is an issue we will rectify the situation. We only cut one time per fabric. We do not offer custom cuts. Fabric Yardage Discrepancy:
If you feel that you did not receive the correct amount of fabric ordered please call us at 856-663-2121 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not cut the fabric if you feel it is the incorrect amount. Once a fabric is cut we are unable to resolve any fabric yardage discrepancies. We can only review claims up to 30 days after your purchase so please measure your fabric promptly.
Trims, Cording & Tassels:
Our Trims and cording are cut to order so we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If the Trim or Cording is damaged or there is an issue we will rectify the situation. Please call 856-663-2121 or email us at email@example.com
Tassels we will accept a return providing the item is still in the original package and was not used for any project. We offer a 15 day return policy for our tassels. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise and/or charge a restocking fee.

Our fabric store accepts special orders. However, all special orders require a non refundable 25% security deposit. If a customer chooses to cancel their special order we will retain the deposit for the order. After a special order is shipped we do not offer any returns. Our New Jersey-based fabric store accepts orders online and ships worldwide. We ship out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Cut off time for RUSH delivery
Alaska, Hawaii rural areas & Puerto Rico please allow an extra day.
All rush orders (1-day and 2-day shipping) are normally shipped on the same day* if placed before 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days or days of transit.
*All orders are subject to approval by our verification dept. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
Deliveries to P.O. boxes and APO Military addresses can only be made via US Postal Service.
If UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd day Air, Overnight is selected as your shipping method those orders become "Priority Orders" and pushed ahead of all orders for the day. The express shipping service is also an express cutting and packaging service in the J&O warehouse. If the shipping selected service you have paid was not selected by the J&O Shipping system we will not refund your shipping costs as long as the days of transit match the service selected.
Domestic: NJ residents are responsible to pay 7 % sales tax on fabrics and accessories. If you are a NJ business and have a tax id on file you will not need to pay sales tax.
International orders are generally subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes in the country of destination.
J&O is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. J&O advises you to consult with your local government import office for specific information about these potential charges. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Recipient is responsible for custom clearance charges, duties and GST where applicable.

The "BILL TO" address on the order form, must be the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The "BILL TO" address you give to us must agree with the address that the bank which issued your credit card has on file.
J&O reserves the right to refuse orders in which the address or credit card can not be verified.
Our fabric store purchases from so many vendors throughout the world and each mill and manufacture has a different size bolt and/or roll of fabric. We contact our customers who order 10 yards and below if the fabric will be in pieces. When a customer orders 11 yards or more we will send out in 2 pieces if our bolt size are very small.
Dye lots can alter from one bolt to the next. A sample can be from a dye lot from one bolt and then your order can be from another bolt that may have a different dye lot. When ordering over 15 yards you fabric may be in 2 pieces and can have different dye lots. At J&O we do look over the fabrics and make sure they match up closely.
