What is 3/8" Lipped Decorative Cord?
3/8" Lipped Decorative Cord is made of closely woven threads
corded together in a rope formation. Designer cording with a lip is ideal for a
project involving sewing or stapling. The lip will give you and edge in piecing
together fabrics for your projects. This cording will provide a fancy element to
your seam and is a perfect trim with which to accent any fabric.

In general, trims are delicate; to get the most out of your

For regular maintenance, we recommend that you lightly brush
your 3/8" Lipped Decorative Cord fabrics weekly to guard against the accumulation of
dust and soil and to prevent dirt from becoming embedded between the fibers.
Dyes, corrosives, acids, paints, inks, nail polish and
chemical-based removers should not be used in the vicinity of your accent cord or any upholstery fabric.
Storing Your 3/8" Lipped Decorative Cord
For storage, as always we recommend a place out of direct
sunlight with good air circulation. Areas that are less susceptible to mold,
mildew and insects are obviously ideal/
