The origins of the modern game of basketball can be traced
back to 1891, when James Naismith inaugurated the first game at a YMCA in
Massachusetts. Instead of the netted baskets that are used today, Naismith
nailed peach baskets into the walls at both ends of a gymnasium and thus was
born a game that in time would become a global commodity.
Basketball Game Plan Fabric shows orange basketballs, nets
and white clipboards over a black background. The clipboards are filled with
specially drawn-up plays.
Basketball Game Plan can be used to make all sorts of fun
things, including quilts, draperies, lampshades, bed sheets, pet clothing,
garments for yourself, fashion accessories and crafts.
